How do you "bierschtacheln"?

Step 1: Get your local blacksmith to make the "bierstachel" or iron poker.

Step 2: Heat up iron poker in fire until it is red hot.

Step 3: Slowly and carefully lower the hot poker in to a cold mug of Bock bier, swirling gently.

Step 4: Remove and enjoy the thick, warm, carmelized foam floating over a crisp, cold brew.

Step 5: Repeat from step 2.
